Easy Pork Chop Mayonnaise Chutney Recipe
Ingredients
For the Pork Mayonnaise Chutney:
- 1 tablespoon of chosen oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon red pepper powder
- 4 pork loin ribs
- 3/4 cup Hellmann’s Spicy Mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup chutney
- Brown onion soup in brown package
- 1 cup of water
For the mashed potatoes:
- 6 large potatoes
- 1/3 cup Hellmann’s Creamy Mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper, to taste

method
For the pork chops:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease a large baking tray.
- Heat some oil in a pan over high heat.
- Season the pork chops with paprika, salt and pepper and fry in a hot pan for 1½ minutes per side until golden brown. Reduce the fat by cooking on the fat end for 1 minute.
- In a large bowl, mix the Hellmann’s Spicy Mayonnaise, chutney, onion soup and water, and pour over the pork chops.
- We bake for 30 minutes until the sauce reduces a little and starts to boil on top.
For the mashed potatoes:
- Cover the potatoes with water in a medium pot and bring to a boil over high heat.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender and cooked through.
- Drain the water and mash the potatoes in the hot pot.
- Mix the mayonnaise and season to taste.
- Add milk (dairy-free) for a smoother puree.
To serve:
- Serve a pork chop on top of a generous spoonful of creamy mashed potatoes.
- Serve with steamed broccoli, fresh salad and ENJOY!
