“Unattainable Level”: Reasons Most New Year’s Resolutions Fail

Adventurer Dianne McGrath says setting new goals for the year is “really hard” and explains the main reasons most New Year’s resolutions fail.

“It’s very difficult to get out of our comfort zone.”
