A desperate search is underway for a pregnant mother and her three children who have gone missing in south-west Sydney.
Elizabeth Harpley and her three children, aged 5 to 10, were reported missing at 3pm on Sunday after they were last seen at Koskigaya Park, Campbelltown, at around 2pm.
The family and police are very concerned for their welfare, as the children live with conditions that require medication, which they currently do not have in their possession.
Elizabeth is very pregnant and white with medium length brown hair. She was last seen wearing jeans, a black T-shirt and a cardigan.
Police believe they are in the company of a 49-year-old man known to the family.
They may be traveling in a red Jeep with Queensland registration number 061 VKM.
Mathew, 10, has a slim build and short, blond, curly hair. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a dark green hoodie.
Christopher, 9, has the same physical appearance, but was wearing blue jeans with a brown hoodie.
Five-year-old Mitchell has a slim build and short, blonde, wavy hair. He was last seen wearing dark blue jeans and a yellow T-shirt.
They are known to frequent the Campbelltown and Wollongong areas in NSW, and Pullenvale in Queensland.
Police urge anyone who sees Elizabeth or the children to contact triple-0 (000) immediately.
