Authorities are urgently recalling a popular baby rattle over fears it could suffocate or suffocate a toddler.

Product Safety Australia has urged parents who have purchased this beech wood and silicone product for their child to stop using it immediately.

“Consumers should destroy the product and contact Beads & BubsAU through Etsy to arrange a full refund for the rattle,” they say.

Those who have purchased one of the rattles should provide Beads & BubsAU with a photo to show that it has been destroyed.

If the product has already been removed, consumers should notify Beads & BubsAU through Etsy so that safe removal of the products can be monitored.
