Ms Cataldo presented the Australian Style and Color Trophy competition in August, before heading to Paris in October where she competed against other hairdressers from around the world, focusing on the theme of the edition this year’s French: the gloss and balayage looks. For those who don’t know, this means an editorial style cut – “that has a bit of an edge” – using the technique of French coloring or balayage.
